maple grilled salmon (i broiled, we can't have a grill).
Broccoli cheddar rice (it has water chestnuts in it)
SO DELICIOUS! especially with the long island. I'm eating alone tonight... well with the little guy too.
Re: wfd
yum!
I had a long, crappy end to my day (all was crazy work-related stuff). DH made cheese steaks for when I got home. He cracked open a beer for me as I walked in the door. First time he's cooked since we got married!
I made dill chicken and rice
super easy and DH loves it!
Its just rice and chicken baked in chicken broth and lemon juice with butter and dill seasoning all over it. Super yummy
We grilled steak and corn on the cob, and H made a salad.
Then we packed more stuff into our already full kitchen and I got 8 more thank you card written. Yay progress!
I made turkey pot pie (with mushrooms, celery, carrots, onions and corn) topped with a cheesy biscuit topping. holy crap to die for

Married Bio
I am a gluten-free, gun-toting wife! :P
I love you, Daddy...2/24/1953 to 2/13/2011
I made stuffed green peppers for the 1st time last night. Turned out alright since I just made them with stuff we arleady had at home (buger, onions, garlic, diced roasted tomatoes, lots of seasoning and rice). DH thought they were pretty good, which is big since he's not a big veggie eater.
I had chicken noodle soup, saltines, and giner ale cuz I'm still sick BLAH!
DEB yours looks amazzzzzzzzing! I want that!
