So, I Think I'm Doing Bridals...
Is that weird??
My mom was sad that we didn't end up with formal bridal detail shots. So my sister came up with the idea to do bridals and we'll give her the shots for xmas.
Anyone else? Or did everyone get the photos they wanted from the wedding?

I don't think its weird, do whatever floats your boat. I am sure your Mom will be surprised and really happy to receive them as Christmas presents.
We got a lot of photos and were pretty happy. I don't think I will be doing them.

I did bridals because they came with my photography package. I scheduled my hair trial for the same day.
I am really happy that I got them! We ended up running a little late at the wedding and there wasn't as much time to take pictures as I would have liked. I like having some pictures of just me that really show the details of my dress that are lost in group portraits.
I haven't done anything with them, but I like having that extra disk of weddingy pictures and I know that my mom really wants one framed.
I hear you. My mother has mentioned quite a few times that there are very few shots of me alone, or the back of the dress. LOL. Hence, we are doing a Last Look type session sometime in October maybe?
Shots of me alone, shots of him alone, shots of the kids all dressed up, and shots of all of us. Cause we don't have many with the 4 of us.
Go for it.

Back in June 2010...
Ditto. Things went so fast, and only afterward did I realize a few things I wish we had gotten, including pics of just me and the back of my dress. She took a couple of just me but they aren't my favorite (she had me kind of stand sideways and look towards her, but I feel like that's not my best angle, you know?).
DH has said no way to a last look, but I'm still contemplating a TTD session. I'm having a hard time justifying the cost, though.
i think its a great idea. i'm thinking of doing something too... because like everyone else, i just don't think we got enough pictures of me in the dress and just me and just H, etc etc...
and it gives you another chance to wear your dress!
