As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Boards...
Some of the other boards are just plain biitches. It kinda pisses me off, actually. I go on there to get some REAL advice, and some of those skanks just rip me a new one. No wonder I've barely ever posted on any other board! I thought the idea was to be able to ask advice and whatnot, and not be judged (wrongly!!). They make assumptions and insult me based on those assumptions.
Sorry, I had to vent. It bugs me. I don't have a problem (at all!!) hearing someone doesn't agree with me, or hearing various solutions or opinions. But I don't like major assumptions or insulting me for my decisions in life. Friggin' cuuntholes.
Re: Boards...
I know what you mean. I lurk a lot and sometimes respond to threads, but never had actually started a thread. I think I have only introduced myself on the H&F board.
I like to lurk and "feel" things out before I ask something. But I definitely see it as well. Some boards are better than others. But it just seems like there are a lot that think they are better than everyone else or something.
Ive noticed some boards are very mean, though I have to admit theyre my favorite to read. I would never ever post on them though.
Like poor girl who asked for romantic advice on the sex & romance board and then got ripped apart by every single person who posted, I truly felt terrible for her.
haha I'm thinking it'd be better to stay here too! If I need advice on other stuff, I'll just start asking you girls, cuz I'm only ever lurking on most of those boards now!! LOL Oh well.

I'm not a fan of most of the other boards. I do like the book club board. They are really cool and I get some great ideas from them
but otherwise I don't post on TN much at all.
KMT - I've had a couple of my threads in the past couple week get 1 star.
Someone doesn't like what I have to say. :-P Oh well, though, they can just suck it with their one star!!! haha
