I recently had some blood work done to see if they can find the reason I'm so tired all the time. They checked my thyroid and it is off, but not enough to do anything about it. They also told me my cholesterol levels (I'm not sure that has anything to do with fatigue). Would this have addressed if I had an iron deficiency? I've had issues and a lack of communication with this doc before and I'm at a loss.
I've started taking a multivitamin, exercising more regularly, and I only drink caffeine before noon. I stopped taking birth control to see if that helps. I'm also working on a better sleep schedule to rule that out.
If anyone knows of anything else I can try, please let me know. I'm only 28 and shouldn't be this tired.
