AW: We're under contract!
I know, we only started looking Saturday, but we found one we love. It has everything we wanted and then some, so we just had to make an offer. The sellers countered, and we accepted yesterday. We're still kind of in shock that things are moving this
fast, but excited too!
But we're trying not to get TOO excited. We still have
inspection, appraisal, financing, etc., to work out, and while I don't
expect any of these things to go wrong, you never know. All kinds of people want to see pictures, but I'm kind of trying not to show people too much, because the more they and we get attached to it, the harder it will be if it falls through.
Of course, DH already took me to Home Depot to look
at riding lawnmowers. He is all excited about the toys he'll get to buy
now that we "need" them.
