We're getting a cupcake cake for Owen's baptism, what flavor cake and frosting combo sounds yummiest? I wanted to bake my own, but there just isn't any way I could get them done with my parent's anniversary party the day before the baptism.
For Maggie's baptism cupcake cake we did lemon cake with lemon buttercream. It was divine.

holy sheet, do I want cake. I went to a local Farm A baseball game on Tuesday and left before they handed out Jammer's b-day cake (the mascot) because I didn't KNOW there would be cake and I've been lamenting it ever since.
when is this baptism? if it's late Sept or Oct I'd do a spice or carrot or pumpkin cake with a carmel frosting.
if it's sooner or you don't like that, then I'd do strawberry vanilla marble with strawberry whipped cream.
