What does everyone think about rehab for those involved in sex scandals?
Just watching my morning AM news and they have reported that another of Tiger's many mistresses is checking into rehab for her emotional issues due to the scandal. What does that mean? Tiger went to rehab....what did they do for him there? It seems a little strange that it seems like now in response to these stars cheating on their spouses (and those they were cheating with) they just check in to rehab. Thoughts?

I saw a story this morning about Spencer Pratt seeking treatment for "fame addiction" haha
I think it's impossible to understand why celebrities do these things. Their lives are so vastly different from a normal person's life... It's like they live in a never-ending high school, all of which is broadcast to the world. Also, they have a slew of publicists and handlers who advise them into rehab in order to save or preserve their public image. I think it's supposed to show humility and regret.

Weird. Can't they just go see a therapist once a week like a normal person would? Unless someone is suicidal I don't see the need to go to "rehab" for emotional issues.
Random tangent thought: Where do actors buy their health insurance from? Does the SAG offer it or something? I was just thinking about how I hope their health insurance isn't covering all of this crap. Does Tiger buy his through the PGA? I know he has enough money that he could pay it all himself, but what about other pro golfers? Etc etc.
I think sex addiction can be a real thing for some people but I think a lot of celebrities use it as an excuse for being an a-hole. They aren't addicted to sex they're addicted to getting everything they want and being a narcicist.
Makes for great entertainment though!
I roll my eyes. Poor little millionaire celebs can't hack anything when the going gets tough. So they run away and hide in a "rehab" until the scandal goes away.
Really? I really wonder about him...like something is so wrong with him. This whole sex tape/divorce thing going on...so strange.

There is something wrong with both Spencer and Heidi... I never even watched any of the shows they were on, but that's certainly my impression from magazines and tmz. And I heard she's now undo-ing her surgeries?! They're both insane.
