Friday Post- Weekend Plans
So what are everyone's plans for the weekend???
I've got a hott date with HH tonight =] We're going to O'Charley's for dinner but idk what we'll do after. Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut and highlighted and Sunday will probably just be a lazy day.

Sunday- Brooks & Dunn concert!
Well, Dave won`t be back from his business trip until Sunday night, so I`m planning on doing what I`ve been doing all week - a whole lot of nothing!
Actually, that`s not entirely true...I`ve been working on thank you cards, so I`ll continue with that and hopefully get a bunch more done. I have somewhat neglected my cleaning routine, so I will scrub the house down so that it`s beautiful and shiny for when he gets back. I might even do some weeding in the yard because it`s a gorgeous day today and it`ll be nice to get outside, although I detest yard work so that one is questionable. I also plan on organizing the papers and ticket stubs and so forth that I saved from our trip so that I can eventually scrapbook them.
I know what we`re going to do when he gets back though - start training for our first 5km race!! There is a race here in October that is a fundraiser for literacy, which I thought would be a perfect first race for me, since I`m a teacher. I thought that if we signed up and I knew I was going to have to do it, it would be a good motivator for me to actually get out and run every week. Dave HATES to run, so this is me pressuring him to do it, but I think it will be good for our relationship, and he agreed this morning that we`ll do it together. I`m very excited!!
I'm so jealous!! I wanted to go so bad when they were here, but I didn't get to =[ I really hate that they're breaking up.
Tonight - grocery shopping and then Netflix at home
Saturday - I'm going to junk gypsie show in college station with my mom and HH is detailing the car
Sunday - not sure...maybe seeing some old friends from San Antonio who are coming into town for vacation (who vacations in Houston IDK...)

We saw them a couple weeks ago. They were good, but not as good as they have been in previous years. You could tell Dunn wasstill having troubles with his throat. But have a good time, Brooks and Dunn are awesome!
Yea we saw them a couple years ago and they were great. Our original concert date was actually June but they had to cancel because of his throat.
Yeah same here, it was a rescheduled show. Hate to see them break up!!
Sewing and going to the Dentist. Friday is date night so we will probibly go out to dinner & rent a movie! Not very exciting but so freaking happy this long LONG LONNNNGGGG Week is OVA!!!
I'm really happy this week is over to! I only have to work Monday through Wednesday next week so I get a 5 day weekend over Labor Day!!! Yay!

Tonight - DH is working all night & I'm catching up on some missed tv shows and maybe working on some lesson plans
Saturday - sleeping in; cleaning the house; working on lesson plans; I babysit at night and DH works at night
Sunday - sleeping in; cleaning the house (if I didn't do it on Saturday); working on lesson plans; DH works at night --- Do you see a trend??
Tonight we just had Jimmy John's for dinner and then we're going running a little bit later.
HH works all weekend but I have a bachlorette/lingerie shower to go to tomorrow night, so that will be fun.
Then Sunday I think I'm really just going to get down and dirty with the house and try to get it cleaned up!
Today is my Monday, of a 6-day work week; my next day off is Friday, September 3rd.
We'll go to church tonight after I get off work, probably. We like to go Saturday night when I work a weekend so I can sleep in on Sunday morning and have a *little* time at home (I'll work 1-9 tomorrow).
Last night we had an impromptu bachelor/bachelorette dinner for a couple of our friends who are getting married a week from today. I haven't laughed that much in AGES-- their friends are so cool! I hope we can all hang out again sometime.
