Panties are sorted into 2 different piles (one for cotton and one for nicer panties) and stacked on top of eachother flat.

bras are folded in half with the shoulder and back straps tucked into the cup, and then stacked on top of eachother.

I toss panties in a drawer, but bras, folded in half, and tights, rolled in a ball, go into the pockets of an over-door shoe sorter inside my closet door.

Bras I try to fold and stack the cups because I put them in a big drawer with my socks and nylons and the drawer won't close if my big ol' D cups are sticking straight up.

Panties folded into squares, sorted by style and material (read: frequency of use!).

Bras are folded and in a separate drawer. Less organized than panties since I have fewer of them.

This. Recently I started placing the squares sideways running the width of my drawer and it keeps it neater and I can grab the pair I want without undoing other undies.

My bras are separated by type (sports, nursing, nice, daily) and color and I try to put cups inside each other and place straps into the cup.

When the clean laundry actually makes it out of the basket, panties, bras, and DH's assorted man undies go in one drawer. We a have very limited space. I only have like 4 bras anyway and no fancy underthings, just cotton.
