I took my BC pill one our early today on accident--don't laugh at my paranoia! Am I okay for sex?

Your really have no need to worry. In fact if you miss taking a pill the literature that comes with the BC says that you do not need to use a back up method as long as you take it as soon as you remember. If this is the case, taking it one hour early certainly won't hurt.

Incorrect. What if you remember it two or three days later? If it's within a couple hours, you're fine. If you miss two or more days in a row, you need to use back up.

Totally fine to take an hour early or late. Just remember to take it at about the same time everyday. Maybe it's time to change your "normal" time-period.

Haha thats cute! Im a nurse and I say your are 100% fine. You will even be fine if you forget it one day and take it as soon as you remember. Anything past that tho and you want to use another form of protection.

I have been on the pill close to seven years, I dont think I have ever taken it at the same time. I dont mean to do it that way, Im just flighty. I have never had a pregnacy scare though!

Yeah you should be fine. You usually have a 30 min - 1 hr window, but it all depends on the type of pill your on.

I meant if you remeber before it's time to take the next pill. And if you miss 1 day, you just take two the next day, still no backup needed. Back-up would be needed if you miss more than 1 pill.
