Re: Random poll
1. What's your party style?
For you, two ingredients are essential to throwing a good party: beer and music. Ok, not like a crazy college keg party -- you've grown up since then. But just because you got married doesn't mean you have to get all upper crust. Everyone likes to throw back a cold one with friends and you are happy to provide that outlet, especially since it doesn't require much work.
(This sounds about right, except that I don't drink beer, hah)
2. Which one of these martinis looks the best to you? I'd say the Starburst Martini or the Berry Merry Xmas
3. What's your favorite board to visit besides this one? Pets
4. What are your plans for tonight? Running some errands, then using my mom & dad's kitchen to prep food for the shower tomorrow -- huge batch of pasta salad, and chocolate covered strawberries.
5. What's the last TV show you watched? Futurama last night
6. What color bra are you wearing? Black
1. What's your party style?
The slow and mellow feel of brunch with friends is your idea of a great party.
It's simple, it's scrumptious, it's low-key and it comes with a lot of coffee. You guys love to comfort friends on Sunday morning with a dose of sunshine and some flapjacks with scrambles on the side. It's a simple way to entertain and has none of the stress of a formal dinner (paper plates and bagels are a perfect pair).
But remember, eggs can be served any time of day. Try getting the gang together on a Friday night and serve some frittatas (pepper and cheddar, spinach and feta) with a simple side salad and white wine. You'll keep the same casual yet intimate feeling but the moon will give the evening brunch a different vibe.
This is SO off... lol. We're not early birds, we love to party on the weekends (at night...) and go out to the bars... and we never eat breakfast.

To keep the atmosphere from slipping into something out of Old School put out finger foods that are an upgrade from wings and chips. You can also serve beer in cool steins and offer interesting brews from around the country.
(This sounds about right for us, though I had a mix of answers....and I don't drink beer. Yuck.)
2. Flirtini
3. I don't really visit any other boards at this point, though I do enjoy lurking on the Bump ones sometimes.
4. We went to a rehearsal then rehearsal dinner at Navy Bistro. I had some seriously delicious pasta.
5. Glee lastnight from the DVR!
6. Not wearing one with this dress (it'd be a tad too much with strapless so thank goodness for pulling it off okay au natural, lol) but my bra earlier today was hot pink.

Wedding "Highlight" Video from our Reception!
Wedding Planning Bio!! My Married Bio!!
1.
Parties are fun but a fiesta with a premise (and flare) can't be topped. It might be an Oscars party where you screen the top contenders, an evening of couple vs. couple Scattergories, or an all-out Hawaiian luau where grass skirts and floral shirts are a must. But no matter how you party, you are driven by a unifying force. And your pals love you for it. Sure they might be reluctant at first to celebrate Arbor Day, but they know you will always pull it together -- and really, who needs a reason for a party?
But how's this for a new theme: It could be a refreshing surprise to invite the gang over for something where they don't have to take on a new character.
2. Starburst or Chocolate
3. I lurk a lot on Whats Cooking
4. Who knows. My friend is showing me how to do an oil change and who knows if I will stay there and hang out, if not, then its a date with season 6 of One Tree Hill
5. One Tree Hill on DVD
6. Its a black sportsbra
