you know you're stressed when...
you end up CRYING when your DH suggests that you go to London with him for his work trip.
I made the decision not to go, and felt better quickly. The thought of doing that trip probably the day of or after my sisters visit and get back the day of or before I have to leave for a 5 day work trip and knowing that I have probably 1-2 more work trips to schedule this fall (in addition to our 3 family trips before the end of the year), was just too much for me I guess. haha.

Only you know how much you can take!!! It sounds like you made a good decision for YOU.
