What is your fav. outlet?

I usually go to woodbury commons but I want to try something different. What outlet can you suggest?

Re: What is your fav. outlet?

  • if you're up for an overnight trip, i'd highly recommend the crossings in tannersville, pa.  it's near my hometown in the poconos, and we make a trip there at least 4 times a year.  waaaaaaaaaaaay less crowded than any of the NY metro outlets, and a huge selection.

  • Tanger Outlets in Riverhead.  About an hour and a half drive from Queens.

  • Tanger is fun because you can do a half day of wine tasting at the North Fork and finish with a day of shopping!

  • Woodbury Commons is a lot bigger than Tanger, but I do like to go and do other things on the North Fork as well.  It really depends, though, on what type of stores you like.  Tanger doesn't have as many high-end outlet retailers.
