The power of dreams
Last night I had a dream that I smoked heroin. I woke up in the middle of that because Ryker was crying and I felt high. I literally could not get up and walk. It was really freaky.
Oh, and noisy gave me the heroin, so stay away from her.

Dreams that wake up and feel real freak me out. Especially because I never remember them so I wake up feeling something but not knowing exactly why.

i often wonder if dreams like that are the result of having pain and forming a dream around it or if the dream caused the pain. chicken or egg, you know?

This has happened to me before too.
I heard on some show, I think with Dr. Drew, that addicts will have dreams where they do drugs, and their bodies will have the actual physical response to the drug.
One of my medications gives me really powerful dreams, and I sometimes can't remember what was a dream and what wasn't. I mean, the obviously weird stuff is fine, but I'll be thinking about something mundane that Brett said to me and then remember it didn't actually happen. I never could remember my dreams before so it's freaking me out.

I frequently dream that I really have to pee and can't find a bathroom but thankfully always wake up and make it to the bathroom in time.
The other night I had a dream that I was very pregnant and you could see the outline of a foot sticking out of my side (thanks to someone's freaky siggy from the bump). I think I was going into labor and was really excited. Partially that I was about to have a baby and partially because dream pregnancy was so fast & easy.
I was a bit disappointed when I woke up.
I'm glad I didn't give you bad heroin. And also that the heroin comment in Bethie's hair thread came from somewhere.
I recently dreamed I went on a cake decorating show with Vicki and Cali and we had to make/decorate a wedding cake for Bloomie and her new dude. It was awky.
