I killed it!
My presentation to the president/co-owner of my company! I created a new brochure for one of my properties I help manage (I'm an Assistant Manager) on Publisher, printing them ourselves. He was VERY impressed with the brochure!
I also created a Facebook page (Indian Valley Apartments) which will help our connection to the residents and outreach to the potential future residents! He was also very impressed with this as well!
Looks like I will be engaging in more marketing type work in my spare time (which I often have depending on whats going on at the property) but unfortunately it will mean more sporadic time spent here. I will likely be getting more $ though . . . so more $, more work!
