How do you vaccum your stairs?
We have carpeted stairs to our basement (just bought our house about 6 weeks ago) and they are a real pain the butt to vaccum. How does everyone else do it? Do you have a small hand-held vaccum, or do you use your regular one with attachments? Thanks!

We use our upright, which has a stair attachment.

I have the problem cleaning stairs at work, we have alot of trafic and the steps need cleaned daily. We had a small push vaccum called a monster one of my employees broke the handle which un plugged inways from the vac, from that point on i used it on the steps it works amazingly! I would try to find one of these i only use it on the stair i'm sure if you had an unbroke handle you could easly use it for small clean up around the house also. I'm not sure they make the exact model anymore but it has really good suction
LOL, I have soooo done this too. I now use a Eureka Stick vac. Much easier and faster.
