Making ice cream
DH got me an ice cream maker for my bday 4 years ago... I tried making ice cream once, when I was on a diet, so it was low fat. It failed. I admit I haven't used it since! Well, I decided it's probably time I try again and this ice cream maker actually has excellent reviews so I'm sure it was something I did wrong. Right now I'm making Almond Joy ice cream and hopefully it'll turn out so I can surprise DH with it later tonight!
