slimgenics anyone?

Any experience with it?

What are the costs involved? (the website doesn't have them listed that I can find)

What are the meal plans like?

 Thanks!

PM me if you'd rather..

Re: slimgenics anyone?

  • I did it and would recommend it to others! I just sent you a PM with details.

  • I haven't done it personally, but my little cousin (12 yrs old) used the program and lost 35 lbs! She looks great and has alot more self confidence (this is the only program her dr would let her do because of her age). I believe the cost was pretty high, but totally worth it for her. They made meal plans for her each week (I think) and then they'd change it when she had plateaued or needed something different. If an 11-12 yr old can do it, I think it must be a pretty good program. Good luck!

Thank you. My biggest concern is the cost... Thanks for your information though and Congratulations to your Cousin!

  • I'm intrigued by Slimgenics, but afraid I wouldn't have any willpower to do it.
  • I did it also from Feb-July 09 and lost 50 pounds. It is expensive but it definitely works. Plus I feel that you learn how to maintain it and have the tools to be able to lose weight again if ever needed (like after pregnancy...?).

Sounds like you got some good info from KatesTyger and I know that she did it more recently than me, so I'll leave the details to her.
