To Do List
What is on your to-do list in terms of home repairs, cleaning, organizing, etc.

Landscaping BS. It really ought to be done this fall and to say I'm dreading it is putting it mildly.
No other big projects for us.
I really want to do a deep clean of the house, like wash walls, baseboards, etc. It is driving me crazy. But to pretty much to do that, I am going to have to ship the kids of to my parents house for a few days and take some time off of work to get it done. I think in the mean time, I am going to start working on mini projects like organize cupboards and closets.
I need to fnish getting family videos on DVD. I have a few more videos to pull of the camera and burn the last DVD.
I need to backup photos and DVDs from the past six months
Order photos taken in the last month
Sell off toys and other items on CLs. Anyone need any infant toys?
Finish doing ALL laundry
Clean out/organize closet in small bedroom
Pack up clothes for donation
Vaccuum "dogs" bedroom and wash bedding
Drywall bathroom
Paint bathroom
Install wainscoting in bathroom
Install bathroom vanity
Shop for/install vanity mirror and ligting
Shop for/install pretty shower curtain
Shop for/install bathroom closet cabinet doors
Once bathroom is done, sweep/mop/vaccuum all floors
Seal tile in bathroom, kitchen/dining room
Buy all new towels for new bathroom
Whew! All of this needs to be done before October 9th when we have our annual football party. Not sure it's all going to get done or not. Yikes! We will be very busy this month!

Where do I begin?
Basement:
-Pick paint colors for spare bedroom, bathroom, and gameroom
-Buy rugs and towels for bathroom.
-Find navy/orange material for curtains and pillows
-Figure out what to do with the empty wall
-Pick out/buy pool table, foosball table, pub table, bar, and mirror
Main floor:
-Pick paint colors for playroom
-Pick out/buy couch, accent chairs, fireplace, bookcases, coffee table, side tables and rug for livingroom
-Pick out rug for dining area
-Hang wall stuff up in nursery
-Paint the nursery
-Finish refinishing dining room table
-Buy duvet cover and window coverings for the master bedroom
-Get a new dishwasher
-Find console table, mirror and rug for entryway
-Paint all trim/touch up in every room
Outside:
-The entire yard needs to be landscaped. That is next years project though. I am thinking we are just going to rip out all of the weeds and just re-sod the entire front and back. I know it's going to be expensive, but it's just easier that way.
-Get a hot tub
And then the usual clean everything and do laundry.
I finally sent in for the Repeat Home Buyer Tax Credit yesterday, so the $6,500 should be on it's way in the next 8...12...16 weeks. That money will help fund a lot on our To Buy list.
