    It's a long story but my younger brother might be coming to live with us however, its up in the air...school starts next week, he needs to be registered, I have to make my office into a bedroom...the decision just needs to be made one way or the other....

    it's really hot. too hot. Code red air quality alert and it stinks to even go outside for a minute. So much for looking nice all dressed up for school!

    I have to go to the dentist today to get my bite adjusted.  I have had this done several times and we can't seem to get it right.  Since my bite does not line up correctly, I grind my teeth at night and end up with a sore jaw and headache every morning.  I'm afraid he is going to keep grinding down my teeth until there is nothing left. Ugh.

    We had a conference today for school.  The district paid to have it at a golf course (actually where I had my reception) so to me that is a waste of money, but I guess they got a grant so it wasn't from district money.  The lunch was a buffet and they ran out of certain foods.  And the speaker was not all the great.  I hate being hearing someone just say how great of a teacher they were.  She was suggesting we do things like review vocab by playing games in class.  Um yeah, I've never thought of that before.  This woman is well known (Never Work Harder Than Your Students) so I was hoping for some new ideas but didn't really get them.

    I have been cleaning the inside and outside of my house and I always feel like it looks dirty or dusty still.  Like "perma-dirt."  I am obsessively cleaning because my brother, SIL and niece are coming to visit on Friday and Sunday, and staying with us each night and I am worried about the kiddo crawling around and getting into things.  I am also always wanting my brother (who comments on EVERYTHING) not to make comments about my "ghetto" house compared to his.  It's all really dumb, and mostly a little self-imposed OCD thing going on, but it is making me tired!

    On the up-side, this is my new boss's first week on the job and he is awesome.  And since my last one was the pits, I am super happy.  :)
