Bought a new car last night
DH drives at silverado truck. The gas mileage is not good AT ALL. And this summer his a/c went out and we got a quote to fix it and it was going to cost between 2000-3000. So we started looking for a cheap car to drive back and forth to work to save on gas. He found a 02 chevy cavalier with 82,000 miles on it and in good shape. The only bad thing was the paint was not that good and the dashboard had faded from the sun. Well Sunday he took his mom's bf to see the car (he is a mechanic) and told us we were getting a good deal on the car it would blue book at 4500 and we were getting it for 2800. So last night i went to see it and it looks nice and we bought it.
It will save us so much money on gas alone.
