Anyone's hubby a police officier?
I got a speeding ticket last week and am trying to fight it

I won't lie, I was speeding, but I don't want 4 points on my license!
On my ticket, it says the last time the radar equipment was checked was
Feb 2010, over six months from when my ticket was issued. I have been
relentlessly trying to find info about radar calibration requirements in
PA and can't find anything, anyone able to help? I would really
appreciate any info! Thanks!!!
Re: Anyone's hubby a police officier?
You'll have to go to the local magistrate, but you should at the very least be able to get the points elimated. Legally in PA "Weights & Measurements" need to be checked every 6 months.
HTH!
Just curious, where was your ticket issued?
Do you know of any print sources that quote that Tracy (preferably online so I don't have to buy a book, lol)?
I was traveling on PA 43S from Uniontown to Morgantown; it was on the portion of 43 where that ends and you have to take the ramp to get on 857.
Thanks for info!
