Teachers: Why Do You Want To Work For Our District
I know advice on this is asked all the time. I am applying for a last minute teaching with a local district and this question is on the application. It's a great district that I know very little about.
I have friends that have attended school in the district and student taught within the district and they loved it. But I have no personal experience with the district.
I love their mission statement and am trying to show that my personal philosophy of education aligns with theirs. But, beyond that, I am not really sure what to say.
So, what do I say?
