Hotel question
We are planning on meeting H's family in KC the day after Christmas for a couple days. We thought we might want to go ahead and book rooms because I know the Plaza is pretty popular around that time. We were looking online and found some good deals through Orbitz. The hotel website prices were $80-100 more. Neither of us have ever booked a room through Orbitz/Priceline, etc. It's always been through the hotel. So I was wondering if any of you have ever done that and had bad luck, like the hotel not having your reservation or something.
