Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Oh and I also have good news my parents got the condo!
So almost a year ago now, my parents decided they wanted to look into getting a condo near DH and I. With my dad retired and my mom retiring at the end of the year, they wanted to be able to come visit w/o being on top of us and perhaps do more extended trips.
Well they had put in a couple offers on one, but the guy wouldn't budge in his price. In early August my mom came down and there was a short sale that had just come up. It's an end unit and in better condition than the original one they were looking at.
They got word yesterday that the bank accepted their offer! My dad is calling right now to see about getting an inspector in this weekend!
It's sort of bittersweet b/c they specifically wanted a lower level condo for Caramel, but it will be nice if they can visit more often and have some time together.
