Seriously? People are unbelievably rude

So DH and I live in an apt. right now. We have assigned parking, and the spots are labeled with apt. numbers. There are 2 spots per apt., one right in front of the building, and one in the row behind that, along with the guest parking.

DH is working nights right now, and so he is still asleep upstairs (which may be part of the reason this made me mad). Our next door neighbor pulls in the lot, and pulls up in the middle and honks twice, short honks. I figured he was picking someone up to go somewhere. Then he hinks again. And again. And again. About 3 minutes of this, and the woman who lives on the other side of him comes out. Apparently, she had parked in his spot by accident. Seriously? Couldn't you have parked in her spot, parked in the guest parking (which was empty) or, I dunno, GO UP TO HER DOOR AND TELL HER? You have to be kidding me! You know whose car it was. I know your car! I know my other neighbors cars. It parks next to you every day! Plus, you are being annoying by sitting there honking over and over and over.

The best part about it all? He was home all of 10-15 minutes before he left to go somewhere else. People are unbelievable.
