Happy holiday weekend also!! What's everyone doing? Tonight we're going to see Colt Ford (the country rapper, hahahahah), Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton. I'm super giddy!!! The rest of the weekend, I plan on doing a whole lot of nothing. Sitting in the pool because the summer's almost gone and so is my tan. Doing some minor house repairs like fixing the bathroom wall (where I slipped and fell and ripped the whole shower curtain rod out of the freakin wall...).

Today I am preparing for our "Melissa is done with school/It's the end of the summer" party! I'll be cooking and baking to get ready. Tomorrow is the party. Sunday I have a 1 year old's birthday party and then going to see Keith Urban!! Woot! Monday, a whole lot of nothing!

I started school on Wednesday, but I have off today and Monday! Tonight is First Friday, so all the art galleries and cute shops downtown are open late and normally have free booze, so we're going to hit that up! Then tomorrow the Red Bull thing is going on in Camden-- it's the thing from the commercials, where they try to make flying machines, but they just fall into the water? Yeah, we're going to watch that! haha
Then Sunday I'm going to buy a pair of quad skates and Greg's going to help me practice skating, because I think I might try out for the Philly Girls Roller Derby team! haha
Other than that, we'll just be lazy!

My moms friend gave me this website, www.NARMS.com And i filled out an application on there, and they approve you and send you info for shops in your area and recruiters can post to your profile. Its not a ton of money, we'll see how I like it but it could def be spending money. We'll see.

Oh and I used to be a secret shopper for Jamba Juice! I didn't have to pay for smoothies for a year!!! A friend of mine did the movies and you don't make any money off of either on of them. But they reinburse you the cost of getting 4 smoothies a week 2 at a time. With the movie thing paid for 2 tickets and whatever you purchased at the concession stand!

I'm a secret shopper for a site that does Jamba Juice shops along with a bunch of others. I mostly just do the Jamba Juice ones because I love Jamba Juice. You get paid $5, plus a free smoothie, and free food if it's a store that has food. I love it.
I just did one at two grocery stores that was testing out the coupon printers when you check out. I just had to go in and purchase two items off of a list and see if the right coupons printed. I got $10 for each one and the stuff I bought.
That is sooo cool! I saw them back in July when they came here and kicked the snot out of the Steel City Derby Demons.
I kinda want to be a derby girl, but I'm afraid that it would be way more of a time commitment than I can give. Let me know how it goes!
I have a four-day weekend because I worked last weekend and took last Friday and this one to compensate. I've been lying around the house reading like a maniac, and this afternoon I started cleaning. Not pulling a jehawley by any means, but I did sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen floors! That's a big, domestic day for me. LOL
I need to run, but it's too freaking hot to run outside and too freaking gorgeous to run in on the treadmill. Maybe I'll just go read more.

I did it years ago the Jamba Juice thing. I had sent in a comment card and they actually contacted me and asked me to do it. I said ok sure it was a lot of fun. They don't have my favorite one here in vegas. I LOved cranberry craze is what it was called sigh oh how I miss Monterey.... Cool weather smoothies and my favorite british pub!

Well let's see... Today is my Grams' birthday so the family is going out to dinner for that. And then I have to get started on a cake tonight.
Tomorrow I have to finish the cake and deliver it at 1pm. Then the rest of our weekend is pretty open. I think I'm going to cook Greek food for dinner tomorrow and we will go for a run each day but that's about it.
Maybe spend a couple days out by the pool. It has finally started to cool down here a bit this week. Thank Heavens!
