Not too shabby! But the bedroom is kind of small - and I'm not a fan of a "office supply closet" looking things that I am assuming are for clothes?
I think an apartment like this would have been awesome about 7-10 years ago, but now that I have lots of "stuff" (and especially with a baby on the way!) I need much more space!
DH and I lived in a studio apartment when we first moved in together. Not sure how that worked, since we are now exploding out of our three bedroom house with a basement. Every time we have moved, we went bigger, and by the time we were ready to move again, we were exploding out of our current digs.
It's nice as a showplace but the living room/dining room/kitchen is tiny, the bedroom is small the sink in the bathroom is non-functional (really, where do you put the extra rolls of toilet paper?) and I don't think one person I know would be able to figure out where the toilet bowl is.
I think it's too cold/modern. There is no warmth or character. But that is just my opinion, if I could have my dream home it would be a reno'ed townhouse in Gramercy Park with all the original woodwork and period pieces, etc. For a younger, hipper person that place would be "da bomb!".
