Angel Food Cake, take two!
So a few weeks ago I attempted to make an Angel Food cake but messed up one of the key ingredients. I have another one in the oven right now that should be coming out soon. I really hope this one comes out right, because my mom wants me to make a dessert for the holidays coming up this week and I'd love to bring something different. It LOOKED better when it went into the oven this time, so maybe it'll work. **Crossing fingers!** I'll let you guys know if it comes out well - it has to cool upside down for an hour and a half before you can eat it!

Well, it definitely came out better this time, but it's not perfect yet! I think that I need to make the egg white foamier, and I have to find a better way to fold in the sugar/sifted flower mixture - the one criticism that I can find is that it's still a bit too dense. It wasn't as heavy as the first one I tried, but it could be lighter still.
I just re-read the recipe and got a few ideas on how to make it better - next attempt is either Wednesday night or Thursday!
