House showing dust please!
We got our 2nd showing tonight, and I'm hoping it goes well! They're looking at all the houses on our street. (There are 4.) We're the cheapest but one of the houses dropped their price to match ours. They have a double lot, bigger rooms, and 2 car garage. But ours looks nicer.

Thats a good sign that they're looking at all of them though if you think about it... they must really want that area! And stupid home owners for trying to compete and match your price.

They did show up... no idea about feedback and no offer. But, haha, our house is so clean that I can tell where they went and what they looked at! I had vacuumed so I could see footprints. They didn't go into the 2nd or 3rd bedrooms at all, but they opened both shower curtains in the bathrooms. So it means they did look at a little detail at least. Usually the longer they are there and the more detailed they get when they look, the better.
I'm going to give our realtor a few more days and ask her if she asked for feedback.
