Re: Weekend Updates
When you're done with the room, can you post a picture? I'm really curious about the stripes.

My weekend was good- very laid back which was nice.
Friday night we had our house showing so we met some friends at a restaurant that another friend owns and ended up getting home pretty late.
Saturday we slept in and were generally lazy, then headed downtown to enjoy the weather and went to the Pirates game. We met Luke Bryan- he was so nice!!! And I have a picture but I don't have access to it now so I'll have to post it later. They're sending us a free 8x10 for each of us as well. It was really fast though.
Sunday I went rollerblading with a former coworker and lounged around the house again, a lot.
Monday we went to the Renaissance Festival with a group of friends and had a lot of fun. There was a hypnotist and that show was hilarious. And the people really were hypnotized. At one point he had them think they were the opposite gender. The girls were flexing their muscles and the boys, wow!!! They were, I can't even describe it. Trying to look sexy. Lots more that was funny but too much to describe here. Although it makes me wonder if I could find a hypnotist to help with my needle phobia. I asked the guy but he said he only does it for entertainment and I would need to find someone who does it for medical reasons. Boo...

I had a great weekend. Friday night, DH and I went out to our favorite mexican restaurant and then stopped by Target.
Saturday....honestly, I can't remember what I did in the morning (suffering from baby brain, BIG TIME), but some friends came over to watch the Bama game that night.
Sunday, I worked on the house all day long. I organized, washed clothes, organized, and washed more clothes...Hahah. My mom is going to come over in a couple of weeks to help me really clean the house before the baby comes, so it is my goal to make the dirt easily accessible. DH worked on tile, and then we went on a date to the Cheesecake Factory. I've been craving the Fried Macaroni and Cheese...it didn't disappoint.
Monday, DH worked on tile some more. We ran some errands, I took a nap, we had a nice supper and watched the football game.
Friday night I don't think that we did anything but it is sad that I truly can't remember.
Saturday I went and finished a bunch of running around that I had to do before Tuckers birthday party and watched the GA game. Shane went dove hunting so we got T all decked out in camo and took pictures.
Sunday was Tuckers party and it turned out so well. He was completely spoiled by everyone.
Monday we spent the day eating and swimming.
I do NOT want to be back at work today. I have been on vacation since August 27th and I still in beach mode.
I'm on vacation mode still so my weekend is still going on great. We flew out to Fort Meyers, FL on Friday morning and here visiting Eric's family. We partied in Miami on Sat night, and spend the day at the beach on Sunday. Monday we came home to Cape Coma and spent most of the day in the pool until the thunderstorms hit, but we had a great bbq and played cards until late.
Right now, we just finished breakfast and will go shopping. So far...it's been a great vacation!
Miss ya gals!
My weekend was nothing like I thought it would be. Restful and relaxing with some major basement/guest room organizing going on. Never happened.
Friday night, at like 8:30, our friends that live 6 hours away made a last minute decision to come up to see us for the 3 day weekend (one of them got Mon. off at the last minute. So I hurried up and cleaned out the guest room so you could actually get in it and I got the bed all set up. I hauled all that crap elsewhere in the house (some I unpacked because they were like blankets and stuff for that room...but other boxes? basement.) After that? Went back to drinking with the neighbors
Saturday - we spent the entire day in DC. Fun times, and not as crowded as I expected for the holiday weekend! Saturday night just some hanging out time, nothing super exciting but still fun!
Sunday - I cleaned the house in the morning to get it all out of the way. We had a BBQ in the afternoon/evening.
Monday - Nothing. Lots and lots of nothing. I couldn't even really find the motivation to clean up after the BBQ. I did 2 loads of laundry and the 2nd one is still in the dryer haha. But I relaxed and it was awesome
