Re: What's On the Menu This Week?
First off, I'm so jealous of this. I like to cook, so I wouldn't want DH to do all the cooking, but occasionally it would be nice to have him prepare something other than a Bertolli meal in a bag or frozen pizza!!
Tonight - Gnocchi with chicken parm.
Wednesday - Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
Thursday - Out with the girls, DH will probably make...(see above) LOL
Friday - a chicken dish that has yet to be determined with parmesan risotto.
Saturday - Out with friends in NNJ!
Sunday - Football Snack and Munchies alllll day

Yum! Your menus sound yummy and give me ideas.
Tonight we're having sliders and pasta salad. The rest of the week is still up for discussion since I wasn't thinking about planning ahead but should have since I'm back to work this week. I'm so spoiled with having all day to shop/plan.
How do you make this? It sounds so good!
Yes, I wanna know too...sounds LOVELY!!!

It's soooo good and easy to make and it's a low fat dish!
However, I'm so bummed because I just realized I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer
Some of the girls from the WC board have said they make it with ground turkey and it's good too. Also, I never use celery because it's something I rarely have on hand, I just add a little more onion and carrot. You really can use any combo that you like for the veggies.

Don't be jealous; it's usually simple stuff like your DH makes, but sometimes he does actual cooking like baked chicken or a steak. I was never much into cooking, and he enjoys it, so I said he could take over.
