So here's our plan for the week:
Monday: grilled burgers, hot dogs, mac n cheese and salad
Tuesday: leftover grilled burger and dogs, salad, probably rice (DH is a rice freak)
Wednesday: Salmon, salad and some side (DH is on dinner duty b/c I have yoga)
Thursday: Chicken taco recipe above with a new spanish rice recipe I found
Friday: Lasagna (my mom may be coming into town)
Sunday: Tri tip
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Something in the crock pot
Wednesday: Leftovers or Shrimp with linguine in a wine sauce
Thursday: Pork Tenderloin
Friday: Leftovers
