f/u job vibes
I had an interview last week on Monday. It went really well and lasted about 45-50 minutes.
I sent a thank you note and received a response from someone Monday and from another person on Tuesday. Both very positive. Then on Thursday they asked for my references. I sent them to them within 2 hrs of them asking...
And I haven't heard anything since then. They haven't tried to reach any of my references. So I'm getting nervous and impatient. So yes, some job vibes would be helpful.

I agree with PP's though; sounds like things were headed in a really good direction and the holiday weekend has halted the process. Maybe the person who calls the references took an even longer weekend than 3 days, or had other things to finish before the weekend. That's my guess! Keep us posted
