sometimes my friends make me shake my head.
My good friend N is having a baby, due in February. All of the girls in my group of friends are very excited for her, and want to throw her a shower. On Saturday my friend G asked N when she wanted her shower. She said that she thought sometime before Christmas would be best.
Today my friend D sent out an email asking if we should start planning, and the exchange went like this:
should we start planning a shower for N?
me: ya, she said she wanted something before Christmas. Maybe we should look at early December, before holiday craziness?
G: How about December 11 or January 9?
January 9 sounds great. Let's do that!
