I Need Recs for GOOD Realtor
We are looking to list our TH yet again(located in Burnsville) and feel like we've gone through all the realtors in the South Metro and haven't found a competent one in the lot. We'd like to find one based in Woodbury if possible since we know that's where we want to buy and they should know about any incentives being offered in the area, however, that's not a dealbreaker if the realtor is good enough. We're also in need of a mortgage person, ours retired.

We used Janis Powers with Edina Realty and she was great? and we interviewed at least 12 different realtors with different real estate agencies before we picked her out. http://janispowers.edinarealty.com/
For the mortgage we worked with some guy named Calvin and Jackie George at Hittner Group in Apple Valley- http://www.hittnergroup.com/mortgage.aspWe used Ryan Bretzel of Keller-Williams. LOVE him.

We worked with Scott Lanahan with Tom Edelstein for Coldwell Banker. He was awesome. We had a ridiculous list of demands and wanted a certain neighborhood - he worked to find us the best house. They're in St. Paul.
Gina Mesic with Wells Fargo was our mortgage broker. I can get you her information too. She was FABULOUS to work with. We got an amazing interest rate.

Melanie Willy http://willyteam.com/. She and her husband are with Edina Realty. I've not sold with her, but friends have, and their house in Eagan sold in just over two months. Another set of friends just listed with her, also in Eagan. We, as well as my SIL, used her as our buyer's agent, and we very much liked working with her. I'd use her again for sure.
