T&P Please
My MIL was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks ago. The doctors are sure they caught it very early and that it hasn't spread. She is having a lumpectomy early this afternoon. The surgeon will also take out a few lymph nodes, which will be tested while she is under anesthesia. Anything that needs to come out will come out after the testing, so that they don't need to perform two surgeries.
While my MIL don't always get along, I'd hate to have anything bad happen to her. It would devastate DH and his brothers. My 3 nieces would have to grow up without Grandma.
Of course, MIL is probably enjoying a cigarette before her surgery.
Still, I'd appreciate some T&P.

well, here's hoping the surgeon can convince her to stop smoking now.
I hope they can get it all out.
