Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Sooo... Interviews
Yesterday was pretty standard people nothing to interesting although I did have a girl tell me she was really nervous and asked me if I could "pretend" interview her so she wouldn't be so nervous. Another one kept coughing so I gave her a bottle of water and she drank it down in about 2 seconds. UGH!
Oh there was the one that I am thinking that might have thought she was applying for stripers to your room directly with the way she dressed.
Today! Our first person is I am almost wondering if he is in a gang. With his tat's and the way that he speaks. Oh boy today is gonna be a bang up day wooohooo if thats the way we start off. My thoughts on this is if we hire him and we end up letting him go is he going to do a drive by. Or if we don't hire him are we gonna get the drive by sooner. UGH.

This guy keeps asking me questions about the application. Its a standard application fill it out and shut up I am working over here. Preparing my bosses stuff so she can leave me at 4:30! I don't have time to answer do you really need this info??? Um its on the application so um YES!!! He looks like alferd hitchcock but with a more bulbus nose.

I always hated when people would ask if we needed the information. I always wanted to tell them that we just put it on there because we thought it was funny to make them write that much.
