but in the beginning they were TTC (no pips!)
Can you imagine what kind of pip it would be?? haha
So I leave friday for our trip, and I'm not sure if I'll be on next week for orgy check ins. So we'll have one now.

LMAO!!!
Nothing new here. I go the Dr. tomorrow for the PCOS/effed up lady bits consult. I'm really nervous. L has to give a sample tomorrow of the swimmers and I'm nervous about that too although there's no reason to be worried as no infertility issues exist in his fam (or mine for that matter).
We'll see. Even if nothing is wrong with either of us, we will likely have to prevent for the next two months to avoid the potential birthing of my off-spring during my sister's wedding next June. My luck is that I'll get pregnant when I'm trying really hard not to.
Still on bc...still not sure if we will have a second. I kick the idea around more often now though. Andrew still says no.
I love your check-ins btw.

My husband still has his vasectomy, working as ordered.
:-)
I went to my OB today to see if they could figure out why I did not ovulate last cycle. Pretty much they have no idea but want to try to get my PCOS under control if possible before we would take any drastic measures. They took some blood and are going to see if maybe they need to up my dosage of metformin and see if that might make me ovulate and get my period on my own.
I know that is the right thing to do. You know fix the problem before throwing a bunch of meds at it, but I just do not have much hope that it will work that easily. I would love if it did, but it is hard to hold on to hope when nothing else has worked thus far. I do not necessarily want a quick fix but I was hoping to get more answers today.
It kind of falls into our plans which is good. My family is having a big reunion next summer at the beach and I am the one planning it, and in order to get to go, I would have to get pregnant now (not happening) or get pregnant in December. The doctor would be revisiting the issue in December so good timing.
Sorry that was long. It all just happened today.

Kathy: glad hear things are going as planned
Whit: seems like the steps are going in the right direction at this point. And it definitely sounds like good timing.
Stacey: hope the dr's appointment goes well, and you guys too start going in the direction you need to. update us (if you're up to it) tomorrow after your appt.

Good luck.
Spotting showed at 10dpo, and huge temp drop at 11dpo so I'm guessing AF will be here soon.
Still on the pill, still planning to TTC in late 2012/early 2013. Just found yet another cruise we want to take of the British Isles, lol.
Did start a baby fund yesterday with dd from my paycheck, but with DH's impending layoffs at work, it may become just part of the efund.

I will. My test date (14dpo) is the day we leave Maine. So hopefully, I'll know one way or another before we get home. And hopefully I'll be able to wait that long to test... lol.

We are not charting or anything. DH gets too stressed if its mentioned and prefers the 'it will happen when it happens' stress-free approach.
I feel compelled to join. I had to POAS this last cycle because I was late (and I'm charting TTA), and was really disappointed with the negative. Even though we're TTA.
We're NOT TTC yet. Our goal was to wait until we're both done with school (May 2011). But now our big Ireland/England trip is planned for that summer (July/Aug 2011). So now our plan is to start TTC on vacation.
Current goal is to lose as much as possible of this pre-baby weight, so I can be healthy for TTC. So that's my TTC-related input.
But, less than 12 months now, wow.
