We went to Riviera Maya Mexico. Honestly, we spent most our time laying by the pool, in the ocean, and drinking margaritias!
We did one day off the resort, which was a Mayan ruins tour (Chichen Itza - AWESOME!)
On that same trip, we got to go swimming in a cenote, which is a mostly underground water hole that is like 100 feet deep. Because it's underground it was like 72 degrees.....WAY cold compared to the 96 degree Mexican heat that day!
This is a view from above. The ledge on the left side of the screen was about 20 feet above the water, and you could jump in. That was a thrill!!!
Went to the Mayan Riviera, Mexico and did one day off the resort to swim with manatees, sea lions, and dolphins!
I have lots of favorites! We loved every minute of our honeymoon :-)
1. Making tons of stops all along the Road to Hana in Maui
2. Visiting various beaches on Maui and finding amazing places to take in the view!
3. Hanging out by the pool at our B&B in Maui
4. Helicopter tour of Kauai
5. Exploring around Queen's Bath in Kauai
6. Hiking in Kauai
DH and I went to Disney World. I have been before, but this was his first time. I think his reaction to everything was ultimately my favorite thing about the honeymoon, but we did a lot of other cool stuff too:
The view from our room was great:

The seating we got at our dinner show was amazing!

And Magic Kingdom was definitely our favorite park! We took two days to do that one.

I absolutely loved our HM!! We did a 7 night cruise down the Mexican Riviera. We stopped in Cabo, Mazatlan, and Peurto Vallarta.
Coolest thing we did on the ship:
We got to eat dinner with the Captain! It was totally awesome.
Coolest thing we did in Cabo:
Hold a baby tiger! It was so incredible, I totally cried.
Mazatlan, we pretty much laid around on the beach. (Don't have a pic of the two of us together.)
And in Puerto Vallarta, we did an Outdoor Adventure excursion that included a boat ride, unimog ride, mule ride, zip lining, and rapelling down the side of a waterfall. It was so freaking sweet!:
Too many awesome things to choose from, looks like everyone had a great time!
1. Day at Disneyland
2. Four Major League Ball games in 4 different parks, including tour of Safeco Park, on field level:
3. Sequoia National Park:
4. Hoover Dam:
5. Hanging out by the pool in Arizona:
Two Wonderful Years. 7.10.2010
Well not sure if this was my FAVOURITE thing, but it was definitely one of the things is was most proud of myself for.....
(rapelling down into a watery cave with bats flying around us
)
PS. I did not notice the bats until i saw the other people on the tour make their way down the cave after us
That is so cool! What an amazing picture.
I always just copy and paste from my Facebook or Shutterfly album.
I think if you want to upload from your computer, you need to upload it to Picnik or Google photos or something like that.
Ayla10-
Wow it seems like you did a lot of great stuff too! That is such a cute lookng tiger in your pic. Who knew there was so much to do in Mexico? (this was my 4th time there, but first time in the Mayan Riviera).
Went to Atlantis (Bahamas) on a day pass. Did the waterpark, looked around, and walked through the aquarium! It was great, although the water slides beat us up!! The water slide pics were on a disposable water camera and I don't have them scanned onto the computer yet.
Also, swimming with the dolphins. Again, don't have the pics we had to buy scanned yet.
