Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I know I haven't been posting as much lately -- work's been busy with deadlines.

Thanks for the good luck dust.
Things didn't go as well as I had hoped.
The partner that I do the majority of my work for is taking his portion of the practice to another firm. Unfortunately that firm is over-staffed, so he won't be able to take me there as well.
At least I have some advanced notice -- this isn't happened for 6-8 weeks, so it will give me some time to start looking.
I'm excited for a fresh start, but a little nervous for the financial aspects.
I'm for sure leaving.
The partner that's leaving is taking his portion of the clients with him -- approximately 1/2 the firm's revenue. They're doing cut-backs all around. I'm not really sure who else is being let go.
