Of course we all love our fall season here so I thought I would see what you all do as far as decor goes if any.
What do you do decorating wise for the fall season (feel free to get as detailed as you like, halloween vs Thanksgiving etc).
Re: Autumn decor
I stil have so much stuff from the wedding that it is so easy.
Vines go on our mailbox and buffet
Faux pumpkins (weighed down) outside here and there in our overdone landscaping.
Various wreaths and 'sticks' that get hung or placed in floor vases.
Halloween I have some interactive stuff I put out in the day or two leading up to the 31st (tombstone, crawling zombie, light up haunted house outline)
I have a few things, not many. I want to make a burlap table runner for thanksgiving this year, since we're hosting, but that will probably be it.
I need to see what I really have and have DH get it all down from the garage.

I start harassing DH around the end of August to bring the autumn decorations in from the garage.
I use a LOT of our wedding stuff: leaf garlands, loose silk leaves, pomanders, votives that were leftover from the wedding.
I also have a silk version of my wedding bouquet that a friend made for me that I put out.
I change all the candles and wall plug-ins to autumn scents.
I get out the autumn themed pillows and throw for the couch.
The cats and dogs get autumn themed collars and/or Halloween costumes.
I have some Halloween specific stuff from Yankee Candle that I put out.
Basically it looks like autumn and Halloween exploded in my house...in what I hope is a cute way. lol
ETA: Towards the end of September/beginning of October DH and I also go to a local farm and buy pumpkins, gourds, etc to add to the decorations.
Snow!

For now, I have a throw blanket in our living room that I bring out and some candles that are seasonally scented. I also have a wreath from our wedding that I would put up but it is in my moms attic with all of my wedding stuff.Last year we also went to a pumpkin patch and got pumpkins and gourds to sit out.
For Halloween, I have a haunted house tart burner, a few jack o'lantern dishes, a ceramic ghost that I sit out, plus a few other random things. I have tons of crafts that I want to do decor wise but I am waiting on that house thing again.
