I may DD this later, just in case.
So I had a dollar store pg test and was like what the hell, let me take it and see. Normally AF comes around the 10th of the month but was the 14th last month. I wasn';t sure if she's switching dates or just came later because I had the flu in July. Anywho, I took a test and I *think* I may see a very faint line. Faint in the meaning that I need to kind of tilt it on an angle to see but it's there.
DH isn't home, he has class and would probably think i'm crazy if I showed it to him. Besides, I may want to be one of those crazy people that actually tells him with a big brother t-shirt for David. Then there is the other side of me that thinks that it's not fair for him to not find out at the same time.
But a line is a line right? I don't think my eyes are tricking me. I really don't have a real question for this post. It's more me rambling and trying to figure out if I am or not. I think I'll wait a few days and use the more expensive EPT test.

With David, I'm 99.9% sure we conceived him on our honeymoon and AF ended on the first day of our HM. So, if that makes sense, maybe yes.
I know it's a shot in the dark and I'm all for waiting until this weekend. Blame the testing on me being board/curious really.

For piece of mind I would take another one - but for me a "line is line" - there was no question with my first, but with my second the line was so faint I was sure it was a false positive, so I took another, also super faint - and well we all know how that turned out.
as a side - how exciting! you have to let us know if you take another one - you and the hubs make beautiful babies - I think David needs a playmate
So I took a different test this morning, and there is for sure a line there, no question about it. I am going to keep this on the DL, because I am really, really early. (Like if I made a ticker, it'd say 3 weeks some odd # of days). I took it after DH left for work and don't feel right telling him over the phone.
Congratulations! And if it makes you feel any better, I showed MH a questionably positive test in the AM & at lunch I took a digital. When it popped up pregnant, I told DH via picture message

I would but my DH can be weird about things like that. He's also been under a lot of stress at work, and I don't want to throw him off his projects with something so much out of left field.

So excited for you. I don't think I ever told you girls but I made a shirt for Cate that said "I'm going to (insert picture of a bee here) a big sister. I was so worried about people finding out to early that I didn't take a picture, now I really regret it because the shirt was so cute and a hit!
Oh, I have nothing to make a shirt with and I'm pretty sure I couldn't keep it a secret through this weekend to make it in time. I also have a lovely tax dealine in less than a week now, and it's keeping me busy.
