Re: Fall TV
Parenthood
Gossip Girl (yes, I'm a teenager, suck it)
Survivor
That is all I can think of right now. I might give that Mike and Molly (or whatever it's called) a shot, because I love Sooki (Gilmore Girls, not Jersey Shore).
Greys
Modern Family
Survivor
I agree with Modern Family and Parenthood.
I'd slap on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Eh, I bet you can get it pretty quickly. I'm sure they will do a "last season" recap before the season premiere. And really, the characters don't differ that greatly from the movie.
I started watching this on netflix a few months ago and got side tracked by Weeds. Is it worth it to start from the beginning or could I just jump in?
You could probably jump in, but there is a lot of back story that would make the current arc more meaningful.
There's a Freaks and Geeks marathon on IFC on September 17 -- the first seven episodes, then they show other episodes at 10 on Friday nights.
The League is coming back on, but I don't know if that's your cup of tea.
I actually like Community a lot. Way better than the Office.
I think you'd like Modern Family, too. Do you watch Glee already?
I will be the only nerd watching V.

I am also a lone loser that would suggest Tosh.0.
Until I realized this was for Fallin. So I take that back.

The Middle
Modern Family
The Good Wife

Can I catch up on The Good Wife?
I tried Freaks and Geeks and did not enjoy it. I liked Modern Family but kept forgetting it was on.

Modern Family for sure. I also enjoyed Community a lot. I'm all caught up with Gossip Girl and looking forward to the new season.
I'm forgetting what TV I watch, damnit.
Who's The Boss is played on The Hallmark Channel a lot!
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
I've been watching Rizzoli and Isles. I love it too. I kept meaning to ask what you thought of it in terms of a comparison to the books. I love Angie Harmon.
And Fallin, regarding Freaks and Geeks, we must have had very different experiences throughout adolescence. That show just makes me smile. It reminds me soooo much of high school.
Bones and House here too. I like Modern Family but forget to watch it.
Everyone with Netflix should watch Veronica Mars on the watch instantly thing. DO IT.
The hair grows in thick where the horn used to be.
I love Tosh.0 too.
I'm looking forward to My Generation, I hope it's good.

we got Showtime just for Dexter. we got the previous seasons from Netflix and I couldn't wait for season 5 to come out on DVD. I think I went into shock when I saw the last episode of season 4.

obviously the story detail is lost out, but the personalities are spot on. and several stories are right out of the book.
I love Community. I AM WATCHING IT RIGHT NOW.
I just love watching junk tv. I can't help it. My brain is so think-y and pondering the world-y all day, when I get home I just want to laugh at stupidity. Because of this, I will be watching The Challenge, and probably other various reality trash, and I am very much looking forward to it.
Unlike many, I am still all over Glee.
I don't have anything to add besides HIMYM, which I think you already watch.
I think Parenthood may make me to ragey to watch for another season.
