Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Dear sweet coworker
Even though we don't talk much, I just wanted to say that I think you're awesome for telling my boss that I deserve a raise and that I'm doing awesome work. It really makes me look good and it's nice to know that not everyone I work with is a complete douche. Thanks!!

I saw the subject line and thought that you were being sarcastic and that the post was going to be a rant.
Glad I was wrong! It's always great when a third party talks you up to your boss... or your boss's boss... I could use some of that action right now.
And the certificate and cash award. I hope they come through with that for you.

We get awards (cash) with certificate here, too. (I don't work for the Gov't - I work for a corporation).
