Animal Hoarders

this show is breaking my heart. i can't take it, yet I can't stop watching.

Re: Animal Hoarders

  • I caught some of the Hoarders marathon on Monday. There was an episode where a woman had over 2,000 pounds of trash/belongings/debris removed from her living room in one day.  They also found two dead cats.  I decided right then and there that I would not be watching Animal Hoarders.  I can't even imagine.
  • I agree winged, it's so so sad.  it seems these people are mostly depressed and just want to be loved.  don't get me wrong, it's totally gross too but I can't help but feel bad for them.

Yeah, that was so upsetting to me.  And she just had no reaction.

And then there was another family whose cats got taken away because they were in wire cages with 5 inches of feces, outside, under a black tarp.  They said they would never forgive the city for "taking their smiles away."  It's a fuucking wonder those cats were alive.  And then they gave them the cats back.

    I know I couldn't watch Animal Hoarders.

She also said that she was suffering from an asthma attack.  Really?  Maybe the tons of trash in your house is causing breathing problems.  Just a guess...
