Need Help with a Playlist
So like I mentioned in a few posts, my lovely wisdom teeth are coming out on Tuesday and it is bound to be a less than fun experience. The oral surgeon said I can listen to my IPOD during the process so maybe I won't hear the lovely machine and crunching noises as much.
Any reccomendations for songs for my playlist? Soothing, upbeat, anything you would want to listen to when you were in a reallllly uncomfortable situation?

Re: Need Help with a Playlist
I listen to my favorite feel good musical...or I listen to glee. Or if I am currently working on a musical I listen to that music and choreograph in my head.
That probably doesn't help much....but anything too quiet and soothing might not block the noise enough maybe something a little louder might help. I'm always drawn to 80's music!!
I recommend you stick your iPod up their rear ends and tell them to hook you up with some anestestia (how do you spell that???)
Seriously, umm what do you like? When I had a chunk taken out of my foot I listened to Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, Colbie Callait, etc. b/c that type of stuff relaxes me. Or Taylor Swift, because I'm 12.
Very good suggestions ladies!
I looove Taylor Swift...so we can be 12 together.
And Laurie, Glee will be a big portion of the playlist because I am equally obsessed. Jeremy is actually buying Season 1 on DVD for me (comes out Tuesday) so that I can watch it while I am all doped up during the week.
Yeah, why no anesthetics?
I had all four of mine taken out (and they had to dig several cm into my gums) and it only took 15 min, so I'd just pick a few upbeat songs. I would not, however, pick my favorite songs because I would not want to associate them with painful surgery!!!
I like the Glee suggestion! I find Billy Joel and Paul Simon to be upbeat but still relaxing (ha ha, if Rachel is 12, I must be 60 :P)

Well then I'm all confused because I LOVE billy Joel and Taylor Swift...
@B -I'm so jealous you are getting the Glee DVDs and that your DH watches them mine makes fun of me
hahaha
@ other posters - I had mine out in early high school (approx) and I was awake the whole time. I had all 4 out and just have lots of shots of Novocaine.
In addition to the Taylor Swift (because I'm 12 too), I would suggest some Miley!! I
her!
What about some Michael Jackson?
I still have all of my wisdom teeth and hope I never have to go through that!
