Since I feel we need a new post
I'm going to ask that someone explain why I keep having dreams about Christmas and Christmas decorating. Like, I forget to decorate until Christmas day, or I decorate a tree and my mom let's my sister undo it and redecorate, or I just totally miss Christmas. What's it all mean?

I keep dreaming I'm in the world's largest public restroom and all the toilets are broken and filled with icky things. Oh and all the stall doors are too short and too far off the ground so everyone can see me.

Speaking of xmas, we totally pulled a Clark Griswald.
We have this electrical outlet in the front court yard and every year we wish it worked so we could just plug the xmas lights in it, instead of using an extension cord into the garage. We tried the plug a few times, but the lights never go on. So I called an electrician out to take a look and see about getting it fixed.
He looks at the outlet and says "um Ma'am, have you tried flipping the porch light on when you plug something into this outlet? The oulet is connected to your porch light switch."
Imy, I did a similar thing last week . . . I bought this little LED nightlight from IKEA. Took it home, plugged it in, it didn't work.
So I returned it and bought another. Got home late that night, after dark. When I popped this one into the plug I realized that it is one of those "sensor" types that go on when it's dark in the room only. :::facepalm:::
