Happy Anniversary to KatieBride, VeronicaCorningstone & Me!
If I'm not mistaken we are all celebrating 4 years of marriage today!
Happy anniversary ladies!
Re: Happy Anniversary to KatieBride, VeronicaCorningstone & Me!
Actually my friend surprised DH and I with a night in a hotel last night.
We've had a temporary roommate for a few months now & his new lease started this month, but he hasn't been able to completely move out yet. She'd listened to me complain about having to spend our anniversary night with him, so she sent us away to have the night alone. It was so sweet & really nice to be just us again.
ok, do we need to compare notes? what did you do for your 4 year anniversary?
we're hopefully doing a nice dinner out this weekend. but last night we ate chicken noodle soup from a can, i worked late, and then we sat in our sweatpants watching football. isn't that so romantic? lol! DH did at least surprise me with flowers at work. and i'm thinking up something sweet to do for him over the long weekend.
This is right on target with our anny last year. This year was better though.
I hope you have a more fun weekend.
I hope you ladies had happy anniversaries!!
And sweatpants w/ soup? Sounds freaking AWESOME to me!!
So I am only a few days late...
Sorry! I mostly lurk on the boards these days.
Shoes...that was such a sweet gift from your friend! Very considerate of her. I hope you guys enjoyed it and got some much needed "you" time.
We were worried that Earl would put a damper on our plans, but luckily, nothing really happened here on the coast. We went to a really nice restaurant for dinner (which I almost didn't fit into the seat. Nice.) Nothing dramatic, but it was nice to get out of the house and enjoy a good meal.
I seriously can't believe it's been 4 years, ladies. Wow.
I know! I certainly doesn't feel that long ago. I'm glad you got to go out to dinner. How are you feeling these days?
