Re: FFFC
I don't get how some women say they "enjoy" being pregnant. Yes, I am so excited about having a baby. It's fun to feel him kick/roll around, but this is nothing I enjoy. Maybe it's because I was so sick most of the time or maybe it's because I'm in so much pain from the pressure, I want to cry (and have), but I will do this one more time and I'm done.
I give major major props to Jen for having M naturally. Give me the meds. I do not deal well with pain, whatsoever!
I do not think of my job as a career. I started this job as a temporary position that eventually turned into a full time job but I have always had my sights on being a SAHM. We can not afford for me to stay at home right now but I am bound and determined to get to that position one day. Although I am very thankful for having a job and I do take it very seriously it's just a job to me and temporary.
At the doctor yesterday (routine checkup) I had a super, SUPER hot intern. Since he was new, he wanted to do a head to toe questionnaire with me for practice. Is it wrong that I still wanted to jump his bones when he was asking me about the size, color, and consistency of my bowel movements?
At least now I have a good idea of what else that exam table could be used for.
I have another one:
We are going to the Cleveland County fair tonight. I'm actually excited about seeing some crazy people coming out of the woodwork. I'm hoping it will be better than some of the people I see at the Walmart. I guess I'm just tacky like that.
In amanjay's spirit...
There's a guy at our local Arvest branch that is INSANE in the membrane hot. I use him for material quite frequently. He does a VERY nice job in the sack (in my head, at least).
Sometimes, I use the drive-thru window solely to "Cash" a check. So, in other words, I take on of MY OWN checks, make it out to "Cash" for say, $10, just so I can sneak a peek for later use.
My son's doctor AND my OB/GYN are both ridiculously cute. Since JJ's been so sick the past 18 months, I've seen a lot of his doctor...and besides paying a co-pay every time, I haven't had any other complaints about seeing him so often.
I'm about to dive into a chocolate milkshake. I'm on a diet and losing weight, but that milkshake is so tempting that I'm breaking it. Maybe twice.
I know this may make me a bad person, but I'm really excited for my sister right now. She's got a new look, new attitude, and all these dudes are climbing over each other to get her number. I hope the ex that cheated on her is taking notice and realizing what a dumb@ss he is.
Always nice to have a hottie at the doctor's office!
You how people have "lists?" Like the five celebrities they want to sleep with?
I have a male AND a female list. And in the spirit of BoyMom's first post in the thread, one of the females is Helen Mirren.
I love football season, but I hate actually watching the games. Going to an OU game is not fun for me. I love tailgating and watch parties, but sitting at the stadium for five hours with 80,000 people on my day off? No thanks.
DH and I were discussing these "lists" recently and we had a couple of people whom we decided were on both of our lists. The ones that come to mind were Anderson Cooper and Christina Hendrix.
Dh and I have a list. His top one is Megan Fox and mine is Gerald Bulter.
I feel like this for most of the season, too. I hate getting up, finding parking, going to the stadium...ugh. Which is probably why I skipped a bunch of games when I was in college.
Now that I'm with older alums who don't show up to the game stupid drunk, it's better. But still. This is the main reason why we're not going to Bedlam - I just can't deal with the crowds and people.
I'm secretly resentful of H for being able to lose 25 pounds in the last few months, while I struggle to keep my own weight maintained.
Maybe I need to buy a bike, but neither of us have the kind of money to buy a quality bike right now.
That's great! And thanks for saying insane in the membrane. I thought I was the only freako who said that.
aww, thanks
I will say though that I generally handle pain well either. But labor really didn't hurt for me. It was intense and a lot of work, but it didn't hurt.
Good, I am not the only one. Dh has lost (and continually) loses weight with little to no problems. I struggle. Lol.
